Faulty From New Returns: If you receive an item from us which is faulty from new, you must report this to us as soon as possible. We require you to send the faulty item back to us for testing, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Once the returned product has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a replacement and refund you for the returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this. We will not accept responsibility for an item which is faulty from new if reported to us after 30 days of purchase, so please ensure you check the goods you receive as soon as possible.

Warranty Replacements: If a product has become faulty and is covered under our warranty, we must receive the product back for testing prior to dispatching a free of charge replacement, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Once the product has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for your returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this. If you require an advanced replacement under warranty, you must pay for the replacement upfront and return the faulty item to us, you must cover the cost of the returns delivery. Once the item has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a refund for the advanced replacement and also your returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this.

Unwanted Items: If you have shopped with us and wish to return the items you purchased, you must return them to us within 30 days. We can only issue a full refund if the goods returned are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If wanting to return an unused item for a refund after the stated 30 day period, we will charge a 20% restocking fee, we will also deduct any original delivery fee’s.
