Faulty From New Returns: If you receive an item from us which is faulty from new, you must report this to us as soon as possible. We require you to send the faulty item back to us for testing, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Warranty Replacements: If a product has become faulty and is covered under our warranty, we must receive the product back for testing prior to dispatching a free of charge replacement, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Once the product has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for your returns postage. If you require an advanced replacement under warranty, you must pay for the replacement upfront and return the faulty item to us, you must cover the cost of the returns delivery. Unwanted Items: If you have shopped with us and wish to return the items you purchased, you must return them to us within 30 days.
