Description The #78 Rabbet Plane by Kunz is useful both for creating rabbets with the included depth and width fences, and cleaning up rabbets when used without the fences. Dual seats allow for both rabbet work and bullnose work. Cutting spur can be used to score wood fibers ahead of the iron when working cross grain. Fences allow for maximum 1 3/4″ width and 5/8″ depth. Body is epoxy coated fine grey cast iron, 210mm (8 1/4″) long with a 39mm (1 1/2″) iron.
