Description Autosol 5000 Dual Cure Emulsion . High quality, Diazo sensitised, general purpose emulsion which works with Solvent and Water based inks. The Perfect emulsion for screen printing. Pre-Sensitized up to 12 months, Sensitized 3-4 weeks. The Emulsion is shipped with the sensitizer in a sachet. High quality direct emulsion for a wide range of screen printing application. This blue medium/ high solids emulsion with a Diazo powder for ease of use. However the Dual Cure system used in the Autosol 5000 maximizes the emulsion durability. Making it ideal for use with a wide range of solvent based inks i.e. Correx, Nylobag, Vinyl Screen Printing Inks An easy to use, high quality emulsion that will give excellent results under a wide range of processing conditions. Autosol 5000 will work on all mesh types and counts and the universal resistance makes it an excellent choice for most screen printing applications. The sensitizer powder needs to be added neat to the emulsion. Please don’t add any water to the sensitiser. However it is important to wear gloves and mask when sensitising the emulsion.
