The tear-off strip allows the sheet to be detached from punched, stapled or thermal bound booklets – whilst leaving enough space on the remaining section to record additional information. Usages include but are not limited to accident recording systems, confidential forms in schools and offices,  maintenance and health care settings logbooks.
